Morgan Stanley Smith Barney tapped the team of James Richardson, Catherine Salsman, and Stephanie Nallia from Fifth Third Bank Securities for its Lexington, Ky., office. The team joins with $191 million in assets under management.

RBC Wealth Management has brought on William Thompson as senior v.p. and branch director for its Casper, Wyo., office. He joins from UBS, where he held a similar role.
